How to make a Delicious and Healthy smoothie

Hello today I am going to teach you how to make a green smoothie. All you need is:

  1. spinach
  2. fresh or frozen fruit
  3. honey
  4. milk, nut milk or water
  5. nut butter of any kind
  6. and last but not least a blender

What you do is put about one large hand full of spinach, you can put as much fruit as you want but I would put about two cups, about two table spoons of honey, enough milk to cover the the contents and a spoon full of you favorite nut butter. Blend thoroughly until its at the consistency of some thing you would want to drink. NOTE this may not taste the best but after time you will start to like it. Have fun.
