Fun at Home

This painting, in my mind, is trying to show that in books comes knowledge. And with that knowledge great empires can be built. But let me say that the fall of many great peoples was not because of the lack of knowledge, but the lack of how to use that knowledge in accord with wisdom.

There once were three little pigs, who when they got old enough went out to build themselves each a little home near a lonely store in the country. The first little pig went to the store and bought a bunch of cardboard boxes (because he said it was the "easy way") and made him self a house. The second little pig went to the store and bought a bunch of pine 1x1s  (because he said it was fast and that pine was tough) and built him self a house purely out of those and nails. The third little pig went to the store, but it wasn't to buy, it was to work, he walked up to the clerk/owner, "I'd like to fill out an application to work at this store please"he said. The clerk answered "Sorry we don't have applications for people let alone pigs, but I can let you work for the day." So the pig was brought to the back and put to work.......... By about 6.00 p.m the first little pig had his house of cardboard up and running, the second little pig was

   "I wonder what it is?" Thought Jimmy as he spotted a little blue circle off in the water. His parents had told him not to go into the water, the water didn't look so deep, and this was his first time, so his parents would understand. I nstead of listening to his parents words, he started for the water. "Maybe I could bring it back to mom and dad to show that I'm big enough to go into the water." He thought. As he got closer he saw more of the blue circles. They moved. The little boy stuck his hand into the water and grabbed a hand full of the blue rings, they grabbed his arm with strong little tentacles. He screamed, then started to feel sick the. He saw what the blue ring were, they were the blue rings on a blue ringed octopus one of the most poisonous animals in the world. By disobeying his parents the last thing Jimmy heard was his mother calling for him. The last thing he ever saw were the terrifying blue rings of the octopus. And at that time,

"To arms" called Commander Cabbage as Captain Killer Corn Dog and his evil pizza minions stormed towards the gate. Rows upon rows: Cabbage, lettuce, turnips and even the little peas, all armed, made a semi circle around the inside of the gate. BAM! The giant cabbages put all their weight against the gate to hold back the minions, but even with all their strength it was splintering. Everyone backed away from the gate, weapons in hand. SMASH! The battle had begun. Captain Killer Corn Dog, smothered in ketchup, was the first in his army to even cut Commander Cabbage. The commander with dead pizza minions all around was shocked to see the evil corn dog dicing his men. Nearly too late he ducked as the corn dog's sword sped straight at him and sliced through his helmet so that it made a notch in his head. But cabbages are not deterred that easily, the commander swung his sword at his opponent and impaled the great corn dog but that was not enough to stop the Captain Killer Corn

Did you wake up this mourning to you stomach growling. Did you look in the fridge only to find a couple of uncooked potatoes and a stick of butter. Now all you need is a frying pan and your good to go. Put the pan on the stove to heat up, stick some butter on the pan and chop up the potatoes. By the time you have chopped the potatoes the pan should be heated and the butter is probably melted. Drop the potatoes in the pan and cook them all while stirring them and adding butter until they are brown and tender. Dump them onto a plate and they are be gone into your stomach minutes.      

Today i'm going to give you a poem from one of my favorite books. Hello folks, today I will make your tongue wrap around you eye tooth so you can't see what you are saying. Here are some tongue twisters that will tie your tongue, mix up your mind and send you squabbling. The first one is "toy boat" say it about five time relatively fast.......... Did you do it. I'm guessing you couldn't do it the first time, you stumbled did you not? But don't worry you will have plenty of time to practice later in your sleep because right now we have more important things to do. The next one is "blue black bugs blood" do the same as with the last tongue twister, except this time you only have to do it seven times not five. You can say it once or twice before you start. Ready.....Go! you stumbled I heard that but hey don't sweat it and keep working on it and you will be a pro in no time (that is if you work long enough at it). Have Fun.

Today, I am going to teach you how to make a quick, easy cabbage salad. All you need is: 1 head of white cabbage  1/4 cup of olive oil  1/4 cup of lemon juice 1 tsp of salt 1 Tbs of nutritional yeast Mix all ingredients into a bowl and decorate with your favorite herb, serves about five people depending on how big the cabbage is. My mom loves this recipe and we eat it regularly and even bring it to church. Hello today I am going to teach you how to make a green smoothie. All you need is: spinach  fresh or frozen fruit honey  milk, nut milk or water nut butter of any kind and last but not least a blender What you do is put about one large hand full of spinach, you can put as much fruit as you want but I would put about two cups, about two table spoons of honey, enough milk to cover the the contents and a spoon full of you favorite nut butter. Blend thoroughly until its at the consistency of some thing you would want to drink. NOTE this may not taste the best but after time you will start to like it. Have fun.    

Once there were four children and a mother. The children's names were Nobody, Somebody, Everybody and Anybody. Oh and then mother was just called mother by her children and you won't need to know her real name (which was Ginger) because her children don't call her by her name so I won't tell you that. But any way once the four children were playing with some Lego's, when their mother called them to the dining room for lunch. They (being the children) jumped up and raced towards the dining room and sat down for their meal..... After the meal Everybody jumped up and went back to playing, Nobody stayed to clear the table when Somebody should have done it, Somebody washed the dishes when Anybody could have done it, then mother walked in the room and asked why Anybody wasn't doing anything, Nobody answered and said that both he and Somebody were working. In the end Everybody and Anybody had to make supper and then go to bed hungry. The moral of the story is y

Have you ever gone on a vacation, were you able to sleep that night before? And then when you got up early the next morning you were so exited that you forgot your source of entertainment for the road. I have a solution. Have you ever played the Alphabet game? here is how it works: With the Alphabet game you and your opponents search the street signs, store signs and even licence plates for the letters in alphabetical order from A to Z. The winner is the is the person who can find all of the letters first. Or you could just enjoy the time you get fellowship with your family.  Here is another thing. You and your family are driving down the interstate on the way to some far away state wondering were you are going to eat lunch. Then you see a big bill board saying Cracker Barrel, exit 280. Your dad then takes the exit and turns right onto the high way to the Cracker Barrel, every body unbuckles and piles out of the car, you order your favorite meal and wait hungerly for the food.....

Hello. Today we are doing a small science project that will be fun and you could even use it as a magic trick. Here is all you will need: balloon pencil bath towel drinking cup  What you do is, blow up the balloon and put the cup up side down, set the pencil on the edge of the cup, then take the towel and balloon and rub them together for about ten seconds, hold the balloon close to the pencil and watch the magnetism take affect as the pencil slowly inches closer to the balloon.
